Therapy’s Adaptive Series weighted blankets are made from 100% long staple premium cotton. Filled with high density glass dura-beads sewn into individual 10 x 10 cm pocket, It features thin polyester linings that help keep the glass beads securely in place so that the weight is guaranteed to be evenly distributed across your whole body. Our micro-beads are non-toxic, food-grade and odourless, making them the perfect choice for our blankets.

Each weighted blanket comes with an incredibly soft two-sided removable cover. One side is made from cosy micro plush fabric and the other is made from cooling bamboo lyocell fabric, giving you the chance to pick the side that best suits your temperature preferences at any given time. 

Featuring a SmartZip design along with internal fasteners attaching your cover and weighted blanket, you can say goodbye to bunching and sagging!

Our weighted blankets are available in five different sizes, eight different weights, two different materials and multiple colours.
To get the most out of your weighted blanket, we want to provide you with the options to choose one that is just right for you.

As the weight of weighted blankets is more beneficial on top of the human body, our blanket sizes are designed to cover the top of your bed and are not the same as traditional doona sizes.

All of our covers are machine washable on a cold gentle cycle with a mild detergent.  Please hang dry or flat dry, do not tumble dry.

For longevity purposes, we ask that you hand wash your inner weighted blanket.  All of our materials are antimicrobial and hypo-allergenic, and therefore do not need washing as frequently.

What are the dimensions of the Therapy Blanket?

The Child Blanket is approximately 102cm wide and 152cm in length.

The Adult Blanket is approximately 122cm wide and 198cm in length.

The Queen sized blanket is approximately 152cm wide and 203cm in length.

The King sized blanket is approximately 205cm wide and 223cm in length.

The Super King sized blanket is approximately 205cm wide and 256cm in length.

Will the blanket be too hot?

The blanket cover is designed to keep you warm during the colder months but is completely removable as a way to keep cool during Australia's warmer months.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all states and territories across Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated directly by Australia Post and StarTrack once your address has been provided during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Adult/Single 5kg

The blanket is fantastic and I’m impressed with all the design features that mean the weights don’t move around inside the blanket or the cover.

This was purchased for my 13 year old son who is in a single bed and moves a lot overnight (he has a queen doona on his bed). After looking at the size diagrams I had thought that the single blanket would cover enough of a single bed and when combined with the weight would work okay. However, it ended up on the floor. We combat this by running the blanket across the bed so it covers his shoulders and torso and still use the queen doona. This is working well and we are happy. If I could go back in time I would just order a queen next time. Absolutely love the blanket itself and I recommend this product.

Bamboo weighted blanket

Nice blanket. I wanted a weighted blanket but as I am heat sensitive I needed a blanket which didn’t have polyester filling.When I was told the therapy bamboo weighted blanket has cotton and glass bead filling I had to purchase one for myself. The bamboo cover adds softness without causing heat.

Great breathable weighted blanket

I ordered a Therapy bamboo weighted blanket to transition away from a heavier weighted blanket I had purchased at a big retailer that was synthetic fabric and making me too hot. The therapy blanket has provided everything I needed - a smaller more breathable product.
