Great service, sent wrong size therapy blanket in my order, but did not hesitate to send the right one even before sending the other one back. when we are here in New Zealand.
Weighted blanket is too heavy. I struggle to even pick it up and to move it. This product would be very hot in summer time as well.

I feel that I will have to be absolutely honest with you as it turns out that my order for an alleged
7 kg therapy was not suitable for me.
Firstly I believed the alleged 7 kg blanket felt a lot heavier as I had a lot of difficulty even trying to
take the blanket out of delivery box.
As I do suffer from anxiety and claustrophobia I felt that this heavy blanket would only exacerbate
My claustrophobia.
I asked my neighbor to help me take this lovely well made blanket down to the Men’s Shed so that
they could find a good home for this blanket.
To pass on to someone in need of warmth as a very cold winter has set in here in Coffs Harbour Australia.

Hi Di, thank you very much for your honest feedback and for trying out our Therapy blanket.
We understand though that while it works incredibly for most, the result may still vary per customer. The blanket weight should be as what you have ordered and is identified on the packaging. It may seem heavier when lifted but should be tolerable once used as the weight would be distributed throughout the large blanket. Many of our customers who also suffer from anxiety love their therapy weighted blankets, however, we understand that this may not be a perfect match for those who also suffer from claustrophobia.
This would have been welcome for a return within our 30-day return period, although we understand that you've chosen to find it a new home instead. We hope and is positive that its new owner finds comfort and warmth during these cold winter nights!
