Your new Therapy Pod has a warranty of 10 years on its foam, to never go completely flat. Regular maintenance of Therapy Pod must be adhered to by regularly, rolling/ fluffing / kneading the foam in order to keep the foam from being compacted for too long and losing its ability to spring back and fill back up with air. Your Therapy Pod also comes with a 1 year limited warranty on the covers (the "Therapy Pod Warranty"). This limited Therapy Pod Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Please take care in referring to our size guide when purchasing your Therapy Pod, as we do not accept "change of mind" returns once they have been released from their vacuum seal and have expanded. If unopened and still in their original delivered state, returns are welcome up to 30 days after delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. A. Products covered by this limited Therapy Pod Warranty

This limited Therapy Pod Warranty extends to Therapy Pods manufactured by Therapy Blanket Pty Ltd ("Therapy"), purchased directly from Therapy, and located in Australia.

Therapy Pods are not designed to be jumped on forcefully, punctured by metal objects and are not suitable to be chewed on by animals. Doing so will void this warranty.

 

B. Who this Therapy Pod Warranty extends to
This limited Therapy Pod Warranty extends to the original purchaser of any Therapy Pod who is located in Australia. All Therapy Pod warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the Therapy Pod is owned by the original purchaser of the Therapy Pod. The "original purchaser", for the purposes of this Therapy Pod Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Therapy Pod from Therapy Blanket Pty Ltd. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase . All Therapy Pod Limited Warranties are not transferable. 

 

C. Therapy Pod Limited Warranty and responsibilities
Therapy warrants the Therapy Pod in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a period of 10 years from the time your Therapy Pod is purchased by you, when the Pod is used normally for its intended purposes.

 

D. What this limited Therapy Pod Warranty covers
This limited Therapy Pod Warranty applies to Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

This limited Therapy Pod Warranty does not cover the following:

• Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage
• Damages cause by physical abuse, negligence, improper installation or misuse.
• Damage caused by institutional or commercial use
• Damage caused by Acts of God or other natural forces
• Any Therapy Pod (whether manufactured by Therapy or not) sold by resellers
• Normal increases in softening and settling of materials, or any other normal wear and tear.
• Comfort preference
• Smells/scent preference

In the event of a Defect, Therapy’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited Therapy Pod Warranty will be, at Therapy's option, to provide replacement foam or a replacement cover (depending on where the fault lies), subject to your fulfillment of “Your Responsibilities” below.
